百盛集團宣布，以總代價為1.54億元(人民幣，下同)，收購於西安時代百盛余下的49%股本權益，購買代價相等於西安時代百盛49%股本權益2007年純利的16.8倍的過往市盈率。
百盛相信收購事項能迅速提高集團的增長及盈利能力，并為實施其業務擴充計劃帶來更大的效率及靈活性。
